1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how the GoDeliveries public marketing website uses cookies and similar browser storage. Product applications or third-party services may provide additional notices for their own storage and tracking.
2. Essential storage
The website stores a cookie named godeliveries_consent to remember whether a visitor accepted analytics or chose essential storage only. This preference is needed to respect the visitor’s choice and is not used for advertising.
3. Optional analytics
When configured and accepted, the site may load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand public-site usage, navigation patterns and technical issues. These tools are not loaded by the marketing site before analytics consent.
Analytics providers may process device, browser, page, event, network and approximate location information under their own terms. GoDeliveries does not intentionally send form message contents or payment credentials to analytics.
4. Accepting, rejecting and changing choices
The cookie panel provides two direct options: accept analytics or use essential storage only.
A visitor can also delete cookies using browser settings. Deleting the consent cookie causes the site to request a new choice.
5. Browser controls and third-party links
Browsers can block or delete cookies, although blocking essential storage may prevent the site from remembering a preference. Links to services such as GoAI or social networks are separate websites and may use cookies under their own policies.
6. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the public-site tooling or cookie practices change. Questions can be sent to hello@godeliveries.co.ke.
